Lake Windermere in England is always windy
Try Western Australia. We have some of the windiest conditions around. The best seats are held Lancelin Street and continue down the coast to Geraldton. There is a place called Greenough, where trees grow on the side because the wind is strong and good.
Also in Perth on the coast, the wind is good, and windsurfing and kite surfing comunities are very important, as the breeze comes from the sea in the regular as clockwork every afternoon. That is why we call it the "Freo doctor"
