How come my cpu usage never drops below 50%? - drops scans
I have tried everything. I, for viruses, trojans and other abducted and with 3 different scanners. I uninstalled programs unnecessary. I started checking the registry and fixes all problems, but limited to 50%

I think there are some programs that occupy the CPU resources.
Please complete the following steps to identify and stop the services.
1) Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete together, so that "Windows Task Manager
2) Select the View tab "processes", who occupy the CPU program
3) Click on "CPU" column, the percentage of CPU then sorted to identify the program that makes use of the CPU
4) a particular program, and click "End Process" to work.
